Default Paint, bodywork progress

Hey guys
Been out of pocket the past few days chasing network viruses.
Anyway here are a few pics of how my car looked this past weekend, in the body/paint shop.
Body is very rough, looks like someone parked it at the end of a driving range. I counted 86 assorted dings and dents. At least there is no rust.
Bodywork

Hey guys
Added a few more pics of progress, should be primered and ready top paint next week.
I had a spare drivers door they are going to use and it should save me a few labor dollars.
Going back with an Old School paint scheme, no badges, removing the GXL rubber spoiler and going back with a 2 pedestal rear spoiler I got from clmazda.

Bodywork

My bodywork is starting to look like crap!!! I didnt let the bodywork cure long enough before i primed/painted it. It laid down alot, and now that the paint has finally cured, some other imperfections are showing through. I shouldnt have been in such a hurry for Renolds last time. A little wet sanding and buffing will take care of some of the minor stuff, but the areas where the bodywork laid down, it is looking a little wavy.

They've had my car for about 4 weeks, feels like a year.
They said they will spray it with 3 to 7 coats of primer and then let it bake for a couple of days before even the first coat of paint hits it.
I've seen their other work and it looks very good, hope mine does too.

Are you going to re-shoot yours after Reynolds?
Say hey to the family for me!

BTW
As EVERYONE knows there are quite a few Zealots that worship the rotary engine, while I have nothing against the rotary, I do not consider it sacred. I wanted a v8 in my RX7, the zealots argue vehemently that it is no longer RX7 without the rotary engine. So henceforth I dub mine PX8.
RX7 = Rotary Experimental 7
PX8 = Piston Experimental 8
Not a big deal for me but if it brightens the day for the rotary guys, I am glad to help.
Jim

I'll looks a lot better than nice. I doubt I could pick out the spots you see as less than perfect.
When will you debut your new hood, anxious to see what you came up with.

Kind of, I'm in Loudon. Just dropped my 3rd gen off in Huntsville for an LS1 swap last weekend but will probably have it repainted when I get it back
