It only rains once a day there? So far today we've had three thunderstorms. Florida is basically one sandy, swampy tropical rain forest.

The state flower is mildew.

Yea I remember Florida. But most of the rain down there is brief then dries up, unless it's hurricane season (gee, that's coming now isn't it lol).

Up here, it rains.. for a whole day... then another day... then 17 out of the next 20 days it rains. By the time the grass dries you need a brush mower for the front yard.
