Post V8 RX7 Forum Guidelines: Please Read before Posting.

The V8 RX7 forum is now split into 2 forums:

"V8 RX7 Technical " and the "V8 RX7 Lounge"

History of this forum:

The "V8 RX7" title of the forums is because this V8 RX7 forum was originally setup as a forum for my website "V8RX7.com?

Yes, ..... the forum title says "V8 RX7", but all types of RX-7 engine swappers are welcome in the V8 RX7 forums. Also, please feel free to post in other TorqueCentral.com forums when appropriate.

Guidelines:

In the V8 RX7 Technical forum, all questions regarding non-rotary engine swaps for all 3 generations of Mazda RX-7s 1978 - 1995 are welcome. Since these forums covers all 3 generations of RX-7s it would be helpful if you mention the year of your RX-7 and the type of engine (Chevy, Ford, Buick, V8, V6, etc.) in your post.

I ask that you be respectful of other forum members and I reserve the right to edit posts if necessary. I also ask that you try to keep the threads on topic. Non-topic questions or responses should be done in a Private Message or in a new thread when appropriate.

V8 RX7 Technical forum guidelines:

This forum is intended for RX-7 engine swap "technical" questions and/or the sharing of RX-7 "technical" information or ideas. "For Sale" posts are acceptable if the parts for sale are RX-7 and/or engine swap related.

V8 RX7 Lounge forum guidelines:

This forum is intended for non-technical RX-7 engine swap topics or any topic that is intended for the V8 RX7 forum viewers. (I.e. gatherings or personal announcements, RX-7 race stories, etc.)

Project progress or car upgrades may be more suitable for the V8 RX7 lounge if the post doesn't include a question.

Note: Please use your best judgment on which forum to post your thread.

Please PM me if you have any suggestions for improving the forums guidelines and thank you for your help in making this forum a success!

Pete

I notice many don't follow the rules... i.e. there are posts of non tech stuff in the tech forum all the time...

These guidelines are going to be revised as soon as the changes are worked out.

A new sticky will be added soon to replace this one.

So....stay tuned and thank you for you patience during these changes.
