Default Lithuanian Foam Mercedes

Anybody see this yet? I guess its a trend in Lithuania to buy a brand new luxury car and tear it apart, then make your own concept car... Gotta love that coat...

English Russia » Lithuanians and PU-foam

Then there's the classic NSX to Ferrari -

You have to appreciate the time spent and innovation....

Pretty wild on the Benz conversion. Just one of the many MBZ that are stolen in Western Europe and then "reappear" in Eastern Europe I'm sure. Stripped clean of its parts and dumped. I'm sure that's how he got it. It is a serious problem over there.

The NSX guy is wearing violet colored jeans with what looks like white high tops.... that should say it all! http://ahru.co.jp/usercar/002/stage06/004b.jpg

ruined hell, thats awesome. Thats exactly what i want to do with something.. I don't know much about that foam.. but I was going to go crazy with some fiberglass, that would work as a form for sure, which is probably how that all got finished.

Actually the technique of stripping the body panels off a car and creating new ones from fiberglass covered foam is not that uncommon. Many design/styling schools do it in the US. Only difference is the base car is about $500 or less, not an NSX or Merc.
