too much motor for too little car, if that makes any sense...
I think you'd have to do so much beefing up of the rear end and chassis that by the time youre done you lost a lot of the fun feel the hachi had going for it in the first place.

although the all aluminum lexus V8 would be cool with a supra manual tranny.
seen that in a miata in europe.

I though the F20C s2000 motor swap was enough fun for a hachi!??!?
